Delivery

How can I track my order?

To track delivery, use the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email you received from DHL Express.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are confirmed at Step 3 of the order process.

For all orders over 60€, we offer shipping through Colissimo Suivi in Metropolitan France and within the EU, including Norway and Switzerland. For all orders over 120€, we offer shipping around the world.

When will I receive my order ?

Unless mentioned otherwise, your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days from the date order shipment is confirmed.

I have not received my order

Delivery days do not include week-ends or public holidays, and may vary for reasons that are beyond our control. After several days, if you have not received your order, you may use the contact form to contact customer service, available Monday to Thursday, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (CET)

Order

What payment methods are accepted?

You may pay for your order via Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express).

You cannot proceed to payment

Please be informed that we use a safe and secured payment system in order to prevent fraud.

To finalize your order, you need to register your Visa or Mastercard with your 3D SECURE bank system, or your AMERICAN EXPRESS with the Safe Key bank system. At checkout, an authorization request will be sent to your bank which will text you an authentification code. You will need to enter this code to complete your payment and confirm your order.

Are payments secure?

We never store any of your bank account details. All of our website transactions are handled by a secure payment platform managed by our partner, PAYLINE, to ensure your payment's safety and to avoid fraud. 3-D Secure is a secure online payment system which ensures that every payment is made by the card's owner.

I cannot submit my order

Please contact our customer service via the contact form. We will guide you through the ordering process.

How can I modify my order?

You may add or remove items from your basket at any time prior to confirming your order. Once your order has been placed, you will have to cancel the entire order should you wish to change, add or remove an item. Please be aware that your order can only be modified within one hour from the time it has been confirmed. To do so, please contact customer service via the contact form.

How do I know when my order is being processed?

Once your order is accepted, confirmation will be sent to the email address used to place your order and/or create your online account.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoices are visible on the ‘My Account/My Purchases’ page. Simply click on an order to download its corresponding invoice.

I have a promo code

Promotion codes can be applied at the first step of the checkout process. Click on "Apply coupon".

I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘My Account’ icon at the top right of the home page, then the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. You will receive an email that will allow you to reset it.

How can I create my account?

Click on the ‘My Account’ button at the top right of the home page and click on 'Create An Account'. Enter your details into the required fields and confirm.

How can I modify my profile?

You may modify your account information by clicking on the ‘My Account’ button at the top right of the home page. You will be able to change or delete personal information - date of birth, delivery address, telephone number, etc.

How can I receive news from YOUTH?

To sign up for our newsletter, enter your information in the newsletter box located in the footer. If you do not receive a confirmation email, try searching your spam/junk email folder and adding our email address noreply@youthskincare.com to your address book/contacts list.

How do I unsubscribe to the newsletter?

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, simply unsubscribe by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.

Are my personal details safe?

For any questions about how our site uses your personal data, please check our 'Privacy Policy' page.

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at customerservice@youthskincare.com. Please be aware that if you delete your account, details related to your past purchases will be lost as well.

Allergies and preferences

Every product is dermatologically tested. Each is formulated without dyes and is hypoallergenic. And each provides anti-redness, antioxidant and soothing benefits. All product ingredients can be found on our site.

Can I use YOUTH when pregnant or breastfeeding?

All YOUTH products can be used during pregnancy or when breastfeeding. 

I would like to know a product's expiration date

Please send us a request via the contact form, indicating the product name as well as its production lot number, located at the bottom of the package.

I would like to receive personalized advice on a product
